Missions Giving                   

 

The mission involvement of Pathway Church is supported through the general budget.  A portion of the mission program is represented in each part of the "Following Jesus, In Community, For Others".

Following Jesus speaks of caring for others in a holistic manner just as Jesus died-spiritually and physically meeting the needs of people.

In Community speaks of working together as Serving Teams to accomplish more and encourage to grow  one another as we serve together locally and around the world.  The community of the Serving Team is made up of those who go and those who support financially and with prayer and encouragement.  Designated giving to Serving Teams support the travel and activities of these teams.  The projects, missionaries and agencies we work with around the world make up a larger community in which Pathway works. 

For Others speaks of the teachings that we are to love others as ourselves and serve them spiritually and in other needs.  One major goal is to introduce God's love to the many tribal groups who have not heard God's story in their own language.
