Wednesday Nights Beginning August 2012

6:20 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Cubbies is designed to help children begin to build a foundation in the Christian faith through Bible teachings and memorization.  Children will receive badges and rewards for attendance and learning memory verses.  There will be an award night on April 18^th, where the children will be recognized for their participation.

The children will be assigned classrooms according to their ages.  Parents will be given this information on the first night their child attends.

Cubbies must be 3 years old by September 1st.
      
Registration cost:  $25.00 per child, maximum $60.00 per family

Additional cost: (purchased at the Ministry Center desk at Pathway Church between 6:30-7:30 pm.):

Cubbies Book  $10.00

Cubbies Vest   $11.00

Cubbies Bag (optional) $6.00

 

AWANA EARLY REGISTRATION
AND IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DATES FOR 2012/2013

Parents - We will be offering early registration for Awana 2012-2013 during April.  

During April Only:

• Registration costs in April only are $20/child and $50/family maximum (3 or more siblings). 

To register your child for next year during April:

• At the Ministry Center (Product Desk) any Wednesday in April, 6:00-7:30 pm
  • Product available in April
• Online at www.pathwaychurchonline.com anytime during April.  (Kids & Students/Early Childhood, Primary or Upper Elementary/Awana)
  • No product available online

After April 30 AND UNTIL AUGUST 21ST :

• Registration costs will be $25/child and $60/family maximum. 

To register your child for next year after April:

• Online at www.pathwaychurchonline.com anytime during April.  (Kids & Students/Early Childhood, Primary or Upper Elementary/Awana)
  • No product available in April
• On Registration Night, August 22, 2012 from 6:30-8:00 pm
• Awana Product Store (Books, Vests, Shirts, Bags, etc.) will be open this night
  • Samples of vests and shirts will be available so you can order the right size for your child.
  • Product store will re-open on September 12, 2012, and will be open on Wednesday nights during Awana for the remainder of the Awana year

*All children registered by Registration Night,  August 22^nd may attend

*Children who register this night, September 5^th, will start the following week, September 12, 2012.

Wednesday, September 12, 2012      SECOND NIGHT of Awana

*Ministry Center (Product Store) will be open

*Product ordered by August 22^nd will be delivered to all clubbers.
